Private charter Diving 

Diving around Lembongan is exceptional, largely due to the location of the three islands of Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida in the Lombok Strait. A deep water channel runs between Bali & Lombok, bringing warm water flowing from the north of Indonesia. To the south of the islands is the Indian Ocean, which at certain times of the year presents an upwelling of colder, nutrient rich water. The currents that occur with the meeting of these waters create vibrant coral reefs, which attract many types of large pelagics such as manta rays, sharks, tuna and the famous mola, or oceanic sunfish.

The islands are part of a Marine Protected Area, which has conservation status within Indonesia.
